Oracle filesystem suggestion - HP-UX 11i - wagoneers.com

Here is what we did on the new server, 4x36G drives, root is partially mirrored.
you could squeeze onto a 9gb drive, but, no room for data and you would
have issues with:  upgrading oracle, patching oracle, patching o/s because
they all want space in /tmp or /var and the o/s keeps the /var/adm/sw stuff
unless you go blow it away......

buy some more drives....maybe two 18gb used ???
