how to use at

at -f job-file -t MMDDhhmm

the -f indicates the filename,
-t the time in [year],month,day, hour, min,[sec] format

at -f /root/job2do.sh -t 09210030

file found in /root called job2do.sh will be run on Sept 21 at 0030 hrs
